Counselling and Psychotherapy
I offer professional counselling and psychotherapy tailored to your individual needs.
Together we can build a safe, kindly and non-judgmental listening space so you can explore your experience, talk freely about concerns and find conditions for change.

Are you living with difficult emotions, anxiety, low mood or depression, a harsh inner critic, or low self-worth? Are you facing loss or challenges that leave you feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward? Perhaps you find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking, feeling stuck and unable to make changes, or navigating a period of transition and uncertainty. Or maybe you simply feel lost or alone and want someone to talk to.
All of us need support at times. We can find ourselves struggling to make sense of past or present experiences and the ways they continue to shape us.
I provide a calm, empathic, and reassuring space where you can feel safe to talk and know you’ll be listened to with care. My role is to walk alongside you as you grow in understanding, nurture self-compassion, and move toward meaningful change—helping you meet the future with greater confidence and a lighter heart.

In my counselling I use an integrative approach tailoring the way we work to your individual needs. This may include exploring how you’re feeling now, reflecting on your values and sense of self, or making sense of past and present experiences. Where helpful, we can incorporate additional approaches or tools, especially if you have a specific goal for therapy. We may also explore the emotions and patterns that you notice in your life, bringing greater understanding and clarity so you can make new choices.
My practice is person-centred and informed by humanistic and relational therapies, along with neurobiology, attachment theory, mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, Compassion-Focused therapy, ACT and CBT.
I work with students, early-career individuals, and people of all ages navigating life transitions or challenges, including illness, mental health, trauma, relationship changes, family, workplace issues, retirement, bereavement, and loss. I work in a trauma-informed and inclusive way, welcoming people of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, faiths, cultures, neurotypes, and abilities. I hope together we can build a safe, kindly and non-judgmental listening space so you can explore your experience, talk freely about concerns and find conditions for change.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
I offer online sessions and in-person appointments in Leeds city centre and LS5, with availability on most weekdays and in the evenings.
I provide both short- and long-term therapy and can help you think through what may be most useful. You’re welcome to book a free 20-minute consultation.
I understand that starting therapy can feel challenging, so please tell me if there’s anything I can do to help you feel more comfortable.

Mindfulness
As an experienced mindfulness teacher, I offer one-to-one and group sessions for wellbeing and stress management, particularly with neurodiverse people. Mindfulness skills can help you stay grounded in the present moment, offering clearer, more compassionate ways of responding to thoughts and emotions.
Whether you’d like a few sessions or longer-term support, I can guide you in learning mindfulness skills and integrating them into your everyday life. If you'd like to explore how this could help you, feel free to arrange a free 20-minute consultation.
